Baha Pale Ale
ABC's Baha Pale Ale is a 5.25 % light amber American craft beer with a mild citrus flavor. A very nice malt delivering a balance of dry/sweet. The beer is hand-crafted here in Maite village, Siquijor using old world techniques of mash/hops infusion and open air boiling. The grains are from Bamberg Germany and the hops are from the United States. These blends of grain and hops produce a decidedly refreshing taste with a pleasant floral bouquet
Our India pale ale (IPA) is a strongly flavoured beer which is made locally across the road from the Baha Ba’r. USA grown Tettnanger and Citra hops are added to the recipe giving our IPAs the taste of fruit and flowers with a bitter kick. Baha IPA also contains a combination of Vienna malt and Crystal malts from Germany. At 7 % alcohol by volume this is our strongest brew to date and is made with 100 % natural ingredients. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy making it.
Baha EurAzia Blonde
Our Belgian-style blonde ale is light and crisp, with a low but pleasing hop bitterness. This is our third addition to our line of Baha beers. A combination of European ingredients and Asian inspiration, EurAzia blonde is a light- to medium-bodied ale, with a low malt aroma that has a spiced and fruity-ester character. EurAzia blonde is medium to low in sweetness and not as bitter as Belgian-style triple’s or golden strong ales. A perfectly refreshing drink for a warm Southeast Asian climate.
